Second International Conference"Castles and summer of Vojvodina" will be held on 28 and 29 May this year in the hunting castle Kastel Ecka. The conference organized by the National Association for Ecotourism

"Ecotourism Serbia and Cultural Forum - Center for castles". The basic idea of the second International Conference" Castles and summer of Vojvodina "is to demonstrate that cultural heritage - preserved and guided in appropriate circumstances - can have an important role in spatial and economic development of some local communities.

The main goal of this project should be directed to the problems of contemporary prenamene castles and their adjustment to the demands of the modern tourist. In the long run can be expected to achieve positive effects for the local community through the possibility of investment, promotion of castles, and design offers cultural tourism and the opening new cultural routes.
